MOT exemptions for Historic Vehicles

Nichola Mallon Department for Infrastructure Minister announced in the Assembly on 21st September that the MOT exemption for Historic Vehicles will change to a 40 year rule to bring NI into line with GB. This will come into force on 12th October 2020.
